Detox water recipes!

If you’re anything like me then you LOVE a good healthy detox. Adding just a few things to your daily water intake can have AMAZING benefits for your body! Detox water helps with things like weight loss, clear skin, your digestive system, immune system, your energy levels, and your overall mood for the day. Below are a few of my favorite water recipes and ones that I use most. Enjoy and happy detoxing!

1. Strawberry, cucumber, basil. (this aids in weight loss!) just add a few sliced strawberries, a couple slices of cucumber and 2-3 basil leaves. Delicious and healthy!

2. Lemon, cucumber, mint. (My personal favorite) just add a couple slices of cucumber, lemon (I usually add about 1.5-2 lemons) and mint leaves. All set!

3. Strawberry, orange, blueberry. This one tastes AMAZING. I just add the strawberry slices, about 4 slices of an orange and anywhere from 10-15 blueberries.

4. Lemon, and ginger. (this one is also great for trying to lose weight)

5. Peach, and raspberry. (great for clear skin)
